Our Story
Maison Dorée was born out of a deep love for Kenyan cooking — the smoky nyama choma of a Nairobi rooftop, the rich maharagwe simmering on a grandmother's jiko, the spiced pilau of the Swahili Coast. We gathered these stories and put them on a plate.
We work with smallholder farmers across the Rift Valley, Meru, and the Coast — sourcing fresh sukuma wiki, arrow roots, indigenous herbs, and free-range nyama. Everything here is Kenyan: the soul, the spice, and the spirit.
